Ms. Priyanka Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice for respondents No. 1 & 2 and Mr. B. Nandan Vashista, Advocate, accepts the same for respondent No. 3. Perusal of the application would go on to show that the applicant/appellant had challenged the order dated 07.11.2024, passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 9145 of 2023, titled Vijay Kumar Versus State of Himachal Pradesh & others, before the Apex Court by way of SLP (C) No. 2168 of 2025, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 14.07.2025 with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of filing a LPA before this Court and this Court was directed to decide the appeal as expeditiously, as possible. Resultantly, the present appeal has been filed on 25.08.2025. We are of the considered opinion that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. Therefore, the application is allowed and the delay of 286 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Appeal be registered. Post admission notice. Ms. Priyanka Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice for respondents No. 1 & 2 and Mr. B. Nandan Vashista, Advocate, accepts the same for respondent No. 3.
