Pursuant to the notices issued in the instant proceedings, Mr. Ravinder Thakur, learned counsel representing the respondent- Board, made available communication dated 05.01.2026, issued under the signatures of Under Secretary (GE) HPSEBL, Shimla, to state that petitioner can be adjusted at Hamirpur, which proposal is acceptable to the petitioner. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Consequently, in view of the above, impugned transfer order dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) is quashed and set-aside inasmuch as the petitioner has been transferred from Nahan to Nalagarh and is ordered to be transferred to Sub SLDC, Hamirpur, as has been mentioned in the communication dated 05.01.2026.
