It is submitted that the petitioners should also be extended the same benefits as has been granted by the Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No.380 of 2016. [2] In the light of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directed the respondents to extend the same benefits to the petitioners as have been extended to the appellants in Letters Patent Appeal No.380 of 2016. [3] It is also stated that the appellants therein have also approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court against the denial of C/SCA/4984/2018 ORDER DATED: 11/09/2025 certain benefits in Letters Patent Appeal No.380 of 2016. If that is so, if the appellants therein secure certain additional benefits from the Hon’ble Supreme Court, it is needless to state that the same benefits shall also be extended to the petitioners herein.
