JUDGMENT:
On the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellants that they have got not instructions from the party despite of his best efforts, this Court ordered notice to the appellants on 05.11.2024. The notice that was sent to the appellant No.2 is returned un-served with an endorsement that
“insufficient address and appellant No.3 is returned un-served with an endorsement that “No such person in this door number”. Notice was sent to the address shown in the appeal.
2. It seems that the appellants have no interest to prosecute the matter.
3. In such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Appeal for default.
4. Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
