This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction of the name of the writ petitioner as well as that of his father, as reflected in the cause title of Writ Petition No. 5929 of 2025 and in the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 5929 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to an oversight, the name of the writ petitioner, Sri Tania Hakom, has been wrongly reflected as “Tanio Hakom”, and the name of his father, Sri Takir Hakom, has also been wrongly reflected as “Takin Hakom” in the cause title of the writ petition as well as in the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 5929 of 2025. By filing this application, the applicant/petitioner seeks to make necessary corrections in the cause-title of the accompanying writ petition. Prayer made is not objected to by the learned Senior Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh. Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application stands allowed. The applicant/petitioner is permitted to file amended cause title before the Page No.# 3/3 Registry reflecting the correct name of the writ petitioner as well as the name of his father. The Registry will thereafter make necessary endorsement in the case records of WP(C) No. 5929/2025. Let the amended cause title be filed within a period of 1 (one) week from today. Thereafter, the Registry will also take necessary steps for transiting the case records to the Arunachal Pradesh, Permanent Bench. In the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in WP(C) No.5929 of 2025 the name of the petitioner shall be read as “Tania Hakom” instead of “Tanio Hakom” and the name of the father of the petitioner shall be read as “Takir Hakom” instead of “Takin Hakom”. The order of the Court passed on 15.10.2025 in WP(C) no.5929/2025 shall be read together along with the order passed today. Interlocutory Application accordingly allowed and disposed of.
