Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent-police are not taking action to register F.I.R. against the respondent No.5 basing the report dated 02.06.2025 given by the petitioner under PGRS. on

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that earlier, basing on the complaint given by the brother of the petitioner, a case has been registered against respondent No.5 and on the very same allegations, the present complaint has been presented by the petitioner. Learend Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that since the petitioner failed to cooperate with the enquiry, the police did not register any crime against the repsondent No.5 and recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be
order as to costs. no As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
