This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a order or direction in the nature of Commanding/Directing the learned Principal Judge Family Court, Allahabad to decide the Original Dissolution of Marriage Suit No. 1488 of 2024 (Mohammad Azeem Vs Sana Naz), within a short stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." It is contended that the petitioner was married to opposite party according to muslim rites and custom in 2023. Matrimonial dispute has arisen between the parties, which led to filing of petition for dissolution of marriage, which has been registered as Suit No.1488 of 2024 before Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide Suit No.1488 of 2024 (Mohammad Azeem vs. Sana Naz), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
