Cr.MP No.4119 of 2025 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of Rs. 4,35,000/- deposited with the Registry of this Court, along with up-to-date interest, which has been deposited by the non-applicants. The matter has been compromised. In pursuance of the said compromise, the said amount has been deposited. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the petitioner/non-applicant, the prayer made in the application is allowed and the amount of Rs.4,35,000/- deposited with the Registry of this Court, along with up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released, in favour of applicant No.1-Manju and applicant No.2-Master Arnav. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank accounts of the applicants, particulars of which, have annexed with the application, as Annexure P-2. The application is, thus, disposed of.
