The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 64(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge POCSO Court-cum-Additional Sessiions Judge-IV, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that although the allegations are very heinous, however, the compromise has reached between the parties and even the family members of both the sides have signed the compromise. In light of the compromise, arrived at between the parties, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing the appropriate petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant have not raised in serious objection to that effect. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. As such, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the [2025:JHHC:28097] -2- aforesaid liberty. 7.
