GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned high-handed action of the respondents herein more particularly Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not taking action in pursuant to the petitioner's complaints dated 01.07.2024 and 15-07-2024 against Respondent No.6 as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, unjust and violative of Principles of Natural Justice and violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and against the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and consequentially direct the official respondents herein to take action with respect to the petitioner's complaint dated 01.07.2024 and 15-07-2024 against Respondent No.6.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the representation of the Petitioner, Police called both parties for preliminary enquiry and on enquiry, they stated that they would settle the matter before their elders.
