Heard Shri Nand Kishor Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Instructions have been obtained by learned Standing Counsel which are taken on record and a copy whereof is also supplied to learned counsel for petitioner. 3. It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner's candidature has been rejected on twin grounds: firstly, petitioner could not submit her income certificate after the notification of vacancy i.e. 01.10.2024 as her income certificate has been of the prior date and, hence, as per the provisions contained in the Government Order vide clause Cha (III) petitioner's candidature was liable to be rejected and the other ground taken is that petitioner does not fall within the Widow (BPL) category. 4. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for petitioner though questioned the second ground taken but as far as the first ground is concerned, it is fairly admitted that petitioner's certificate was prior in time than what was required. 5. In view of the above, I do not find any justification to interfere with the selection already held in the matter against the post of Anganbadi worker. 6.
