His case is that, on completion of normal tenure of service at the present place, he preferred a representation on 27.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2, seeking his transfer from the present place, citing adverse family circumstances and also invoking 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - couple concession admissible under the applicable transfer Policy. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
