Savvy, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel that in the order dated 30-10-2025 passed by this Court in WP.(C) No. 492 of 2025, this Court has recorded as final seniority list instead of Tentative seniority list at the last sentence of paragraph No. 2 of the said order. According to the learned senior counsel, no final seniority list has been published and the said seniority list should be tentative seniority list and as such, the learned senior counsel prays for correcting the said mistake. Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that she has no objection in allowing such correction and to allow the present application. Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the records, this Court is satisfied that certain mistake has been committed at the time of passing the said order dated 30-10-2025 as indicated hereinabove. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that the words “ final seniority list” appearing in the last sentence of the paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 30-10-2025 passed by this Court in WP.(C) No. 492 of 2025 shall be replaced by the words “tentative seniority list”.
