Copy of the communication (supra) is taken on record. In view of the above, order dated 24.11.2023 passed by this Court stands complied with, as such, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, proceedings in this petition are closed. Registrar Judicial is directed to release the amount, so deposited, by the respondent in favour of the petitioner after due verification and identification.
