1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“A. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction thereby directing the respondents to produce the entire records before the Hon'ble Court. B. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent Authorities to release the pending bills of Rs. 24149065/- (Two Crore Forty One Lakh Forty Nine Thousand and Sixty Five Only) along with 18 % interest of p.a. from the date of its presentation till its realization. C. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the competent authority of the respondent to fix the responsibility for the delayed payments to the petitioner. D. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may be passed.”
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner will furnish completion certificate in respect of work completed to him, the respondents will process the undisputed bills of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the completion
3 certificate would be filed before the Corporation, Raipur, the Corporation, Raipur will take necessary steps in respect of disbursement of amount which the petitioner is claiming. He further submits that he will file appropriate application along with completion certificate before the Corporation, Raipur for disbursement of amount.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file appropriate application along with completion certificate before the Corporation, Raipur for disbursement of amount, and in turn, the Corporation, Raipur is
directed to see the matter and to pass appropriate orders in respect of disbursement of undisputed amount within a period of 45 days.
5. With this observation and direction, the writ petition stands
