This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in connection with Saria PS case no. 166 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 223/88/318(4)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 and under section 23(1) and 23(2) of the Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) 1994, pending in the court of learned J.M. at Giridih. 2. The learned APP after going through the case diary admits that it is Bindu Singh who was operating machine after taking room of this petitioner on rent. 5. Considering the submissions made above and the fact that the petitioner is mere landlord of the room in question and he was not operating the machine, I am inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
