We do not want to go into the merits of the case as the report of the police states that, in the offence that has been registered vide C.R. No.0144 of 2025, under Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short “the BNS”), Section 64(2)(i)(m)(2) of BNS and Sections 4, 6, 17 of the the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, have been added. The accused therein is stated to be arrested. 3. The girl states that she wants to go with the petitioner i.e. father and therefore, we hand over the custody of the girl to the petitioner. 4.
