3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at Bar that now, the petitioner has been permitted to participate in the Class 10th Board Examination, which is scheduled to be commenced from 21.02.2025, therefore, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous.
4. Accordingly, in view of the subsequent development, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
