When the matter was taken up, Mr. Haobam Hiyaikhomba Singh, learned counsel along with Ms. Ningthem Shadang, learned counsel for appellant and Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGSC (Central Government Standing Counsel) along with Mr. Mudassir Asad, learned PP, NIA who in turn is instructed by Mr. G. Jogamani Sharma, Inspector, Chief Investigation Officer (C.I.O.), NIA are before this Court. [2]
Afore-referred learned counsel on both sides and C.I.O. submit in one voice and unison that appellant has since been released on default bail day before yesterday (02.12.2025) and therefore the captioned appeal has become infructuous. [3]
Learned counsel for appellant has made an endorsement in the case file in this regard and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows :

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned appeal is
disposed of as closed the same having become infructuous. Though obvious, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter one way or the other. [5]
Captioned main appeal disposed of in the aforesaid manner. [6]
There shall be no order as to costs.
