3. This criminal revision has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is therefore most humbly prayed that above criminal revision may kindly be allowed and set-aside / quash framing of charges dated 19/12/2018 framed in Session Trial No. 136/2018 by the Upper Sessions Judge, (FTC) Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of Justice.”
4. In view of the communication made by the learned trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Session Trial No. 136/2018 it seems that the criminal case has been disposed of and as such, the matter has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous./-
