Verma, Additional Advocates General, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for State. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): Learned counsel representing the petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner would be content and satisfied in case representation (Annexure P-8), having been filed by the petitioner, praying therein to extend the benefit of judgment dated 18.07.2022, passed in Civil Appeal No.4792 of 2022, tilted Balo Devi Vs. State of H.P. and Others, is ordered to be decided in time bound manner. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that he is not averse to afore innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and representation, if any filed, shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 3. Consequently, in view of fair stand adopted by learned Additional Advocate General, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition, with the direction to respondents to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-8), expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass speaking order, taking note of judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Balo Devi’s case (supra).
