Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 29/02/2024 issued by the appellate authority, rejecting the petitioner’s statutory appeal against his dismissal from service, he would like to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Ms. M. Bhattacharya, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam, appearing for the State respondents submits that she has got no objection to the same. Accordingly, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties, this writ petition stands dismissed with liberty, as prayed for.
