Now, Correction Application (MCRC) No.1 of 2025 has been filed. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in the bail application, Police Station was wrongly been mentioned as ‘Jhabrera’ whereas it is ‘Kotwali Gangnahar, Roorkee, District Haridwar’. The correction application is allowed. Let the applicant file an amended memo of the application. Once it is done, the correction be carried out, today itself.
