It is the specific case of the petitioner that the petitioner's husband died in the year 2021 and the issue pertains only to the custody/visitation rights of the minor child. 5. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The petitioner assigned genuine and acceptable reasons for being unable to attend the hearings at Family Court, Krishnagiri. 6. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has made out a case for transfer of the suit, as prayed for. 7. Accordingly, the Tr. C.M.P. No.193 of 2025 is allowed and O.P.No.253 of 2024 pending on the file of Family Court, Krishnagiri is 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Tr.C.M.P.No.193 of 2025 withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi. 8.
