Leave to correct. Correction to be carried out forthwith. 2. This application is filed for grant of temporary bail for enabling the applicant to look after his ailing mother who needs to undergo spine surgery. 3. We have called report from the prosecution agency. Police Inspector, Nava Mondha Police Station, Parbhani has submitted a reported dated 28.07.2025 confirming the fact that mother of the applicant is suffering from spine ailment as one of the nerve supplying blood to the brain is compressed in the spine, therefore, she is advised surgery. Applicant is the only son who can look after his mother at the time of surgery. (2) 906 Appln-2829.2025.odt 4. Taking into consideration the report submitted by prosecution, the application is allowed. Applicant is granted temporary bail for two months. He be released on executing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. While on bail, he shall report at Nava Mondha Police Station once in a week, on every Sunday between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. On completion of period of temporary bail, he shall surrender to the jail. 5.
