The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: (1) Quash First Information Report bearing crime no. 131/2020 dated 04.09.2020, registered at P.S-Pandri, District- Raipur, Chhattisgarh, under section 509-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 and section 12 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (Annexure P/1), in the interest of justice. (2) Pass any other order in view of the special facts and circumstances mentioned in the present petition, in the interest of justice. 3. Learned State counsel has pointed out that as per instruction received by him on 12.09.2023 from the concerned police station, the closure report has been 3 filed on 08.09.2023 before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.). 4. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the victim to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the closure report.
