Page No.# 2/2 the present transfer petition, the resondend had already withdrawn the divorce petition being T.S. (Divorce) Case No.34/2025, from the Court of learned District Judge, Udalguri. In view of this, the present transfer petition become infructuous and accordingly prayed for disposal of the same as become infructuous. Prayer is allowed. The transfer petition stands disposed on being infructuous.
