The Court made the following ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Thoka Deva Deepak Anirudh Yadav, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Abdul Rasheed, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Transport.
2. Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the Writ Petitioner has complied with the Order of this Court dated 01.08.2025 by depositing an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and that the Respondents have released the vehicle also. He would submit, on instructions, that the Writ Petitioner is willing to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,14,360/-.
3. Having recorded this submission, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with the following directions: (1) The Writ Petitioner may deposit the balance amount of Rs.1,14,360/- within a period of one week. (2) The Respondents are directed to accept the said amount. (3) Upon payment of the above said amount, the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.4 of the Order dated 01.08.2025 i.e., ‘not to create any third party rights pending this Writ Petition’ shall also stand relaxed.
4. With these observations and directions this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs.
