Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Ghazipur to take decision on the application dated 07.10.2024. 2.Learned counsel for the respondents placed before this Court an order dated 15.02.2025 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Labour and Employment, Ghazipur by which the aforesaid complaint was look into and the arraying officers were directed to recover the 1/3rd amount out of total amount of Rs.31970.00 from the Pradhan of Village Sagapali, District Ghazipur and depsosit the same in the Single Nodal Account of State Bank of India, Branch Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow. 3. After going through the same, the relief sought by the petitioner, has already been granted, as such no further orders are required to be passed and present writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
