For convenience, the facts are being taken from S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10658/2025. 2. This petition is filed aggrieved of the order dated 12.06.2025 passed by the State Skill Development and Entrepreneurship [2025:RJ-JP:28208] (3 of 3) [CW-10658/2025] Committee, Jodhpur temporarily restricting the petitioners- institutions to participate in the admission process of 2025-26. 3. The short grievance raised is that objection dated 30.05.2025 filed to an ex parte order of restriction has not been decided. 4. Learned AAG Ms.Mahi Yadav, appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 2 and learned counsel Mr.Digvijay Singh appears on behalf of respondent No.3. 5. These petitions are disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the objections raised by the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously not later than 4th August, 2025. 6.
