Ltd. is represented by its duly Page No.# 3/3 authorized official, namely, Mr. Rajendra Dutta, Legal Manager. The Claimant, namely, Smti Mira Swargiary, is present in person, along with her engaged counsel, Mr. M. Talukdar. It is submitted that the total awarded amount was Rs. 12,98,500/- (Rupees Twelve Lakh Ninety-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Only), which has already been paid. After further negotiations, both parties have mutually agreed to settle the matter for an additional amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Only), as full and final settlement of the claim. Accordingly, The Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd., is hereby directed to deposit the additional settled amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) before the Registry of this Court, within one month from the date of this order. During the pendency of this proceeding, the minor claimant No. 3, Miss Dimpika Swargiary, has expired. The Claimants, namely, Smti Mira Swargiary; Shri Hemanta Swargiary; Shri Gwran Swargiary; and Smti Kamini Swargiary, are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount upon proper verification and identification, and shall share the same in equal proportion.
