[2] By the present petition, the petitioner inter alia prays for investigation and compensation with respect to destruction of St. Peter School at National Game Village, Langol, Imphal West; for monetary compensation to victims and for investigation with respect to abduction of persons during 3rd and 4th May, 2023. [3] Issue notice. [4] Mr. Dimal Kumar Haobam, learned junior Government counsel assisting Mr. H. Debendra, learned Dy. Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 6; Mr. B.R. Sharma, learned CGC, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1; and Mr. W. Darakeshwar, learned Sr. PCCG, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 4. [5] Petitioner is directed to take steps to respondent No. 5 by speed post within one week and file an affidavit of proof of service. [6] Learned Dy. Advocate General, learned CGC and learned Sr. PCCG for the respondents, pray for four weeks’ time for filing counter affidavits. [7] MC(WP(C)) No. 845 of 2025 is an application filed by the petitioner for exempting from filing hard copy of the petition and the writ petition has been filed through online.
