By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards respondents to release its Additional Performance Security which was approved to be released by the respondent authorities vide Annexure P-10 dated 27/03/2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in spite of the communication sent by the respondent No.3 vide its communication dated 27/03/2024 to the Executive Engineer, C.G. Rural Road Development Agency, District:Balodabazar, C.G., till they are not releasing the Additional Performance Security to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent on advance copy, on instructions submits that some time is required for allocation of funds and he submits that within a period of ninety days, the amount as claimed by the petitioner will be released. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties. 5. Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of and it is directed that the amount of Additional Performance Security as referred in communication dated 27/03/2024 be released within a period of 3 / 3 ninety days from today. 6.
