The Petitioner has preferred the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking a direction upon the Respondent to secure the awarded amount by furnishing cash security or a bank guarantee issued by any scheduled bank, during the pendency of AP (Com) 106/2024, a petition filed by the Respondent under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, challenging the Arbitral Award dated 07.12.2010. 2. This Court, vide judgment dated 29.01.2026, has dismissed the AP (Com) 106/2024. 2 3. In view of the dismissal of the petition under Section 34 of the Act, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition under Section 9. The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for execution of the arbitral award in accordance with law.
