GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION The Court made the following: ::ORDER:: Heard Sri B.S.Venkata Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents 1 to 4. 2. An extent of Ac.5.00 in Sy.No.1099-2A/12 was assigned to Shaik Inamvalli S/o. Sahik Dada Saheb. After the death of the original assignee, the property was devolved on the petitioner, being the daughter. The Tahsildar issued a notice dated 31.03.2023 (Ex.P1) to resume the land as per condition 17. The petitioner addressed a letter expressing no objection subject to payment of compensation (Ex.P2). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without paying compensation, the 4th respondent is trying to dispossess the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition on instructions, while disputing the genuineness of Ex.P1 and 2, would submit 3 that the District Collector issued notice to all the connected parties vide Ref.No.G1/351/2023, dated 09.06.2025, and the inquiry is under process. The same is taken on record. 5. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to follow due process in respect of Ac.5.00 in Sy.No.1099-2A/12of Mukkavaripalli Village, Obulavaripalli Mandal, Annmayya District. No order as to costs.
