1. The petitioner has filed this petition against the notice dated 25.04.2019,
2 whereby, he was directed to renew his building permission as earlier permission granted by the Municipal Corporation, Korba got lapsed.
2. Mr. P. Acharya, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 6/Municipal Corporation, would submit that after the filing of the present petition, the petitioner filed two more petitions bearing WPC No. 2989 of 2019 and WPC No. 624 of 2020, claiming a similar relief for the same plot. He would further submit that the petitioner may approach the Municipal Corporation for the redressal of his grievances.
3. Mr. Pramod Ramteke, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would endorse the submissions made by Mr. Acharya.
4. Taking into consideration the above-discussed facts, the instant petition is
disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to approach the Municipal Corporation for the redressal of his grievance(s), if the cause of action still subsists.
5. With the aforesaid observation(s), the instant petition is hereby disposed of. Sd/-
