Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being troubled by the 5th respondent at the behest of 6th respondent. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that on receipt of complaint from the 6th respondent, police registered a case in Crime No.108 of 2025 against the petitioners for the offence under Section 498- A of B.N.S. and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P.Act. For the purpose of investigation, the petitioners have been summoned. It is submitted that Police have completed the investigation. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
