It is submitted that the petitioner is the co-sister of the 4*^ respondent and that the petitioner had purchased the property from her father-in-law vide a registered sale deed 16.10.2022. With regard to the said property, the 3^'^ respondent has been pressurizing the petitioner to settle the claim of the 4'^ respondent. It is also submitted that O.S.No.153 of 2025 filed by the petitioner is pending on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Kothapet. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant 2. Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the same, the 3^*^ respondent is hereby directed not 3. th to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4 respondent.
