1. The petitioner in this petition seeking firection of his candidature as multiple disability candidate.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier he has filed writ petition bearing WPS No. 5973 of 2024, which was dismissed as NARESH KUMAR KAMDE Digitally signed by NARESH KUMAR KAMDE Date: 2025.05.30 12:25:04 +0530
2 withdrawn by this Court on 03/10/2024 with liberty to pursue the representations pending before the respondents. In compliance of this, the petitioner has make a representation before the respondent- authorities on 08/10/2024, but till date representation has not to be decided by the respondent-authorities.
3. Learned State counsel as well as counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that a short time may be given to decide the pending representation of the petitioner.
4. Without commenting on the merits of the case, the respondent No.2, Director, Public Instruction is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 08/10/2024 within an outer limit of 30 days or before conclusion of the recruitment process, whichever is earlier.
5. With the aforesaid direction and observation, the instant writ petition is
disposed of.
6. Consequently, all the pending applications also stand disposed of. Sd/-
