The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....to issue a writ, Order of Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents who are harassing me by frequently barging into my residence and business premises with threats to implicate me and arrest in false cases and demanding me to come to police station without assigning any valid reasons even though the FIR in Crime No.249/2020 registered by the 3rd respondent has been quashed by this Honble Court vide CRLP N0.2600/ 2020 dated 21.07.2020 as illegal arbitrary, unjust, violation of natural justice and violation of Article 14, 19(g) and 21 of the Indian constitution and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 3 herein not to harass me by threatening me to attend the police station without valid reasons by frequently entering into my business and residential premises and pass....”
2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that police are not interfering in the business activities or entering the residential premises of the petitioner and the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the business affairs of the petitioner as well as not to enter into residential premises without there being any valid reason according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
