On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is provided that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Court below within a period of 15 days from today. 4. In the event of any bail application being filed, the same shall be considered as per law. Pending such appearance, it is provided that the petitioner shall, in the event of his arrest, shall be released on pre-arrest bail of Rs. 50, 000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority in connection with this aforesaid case. 5.
