ORDER Heard Sri Rajesh Matcha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. The petitioners made F-Line Application No.FSNV012500768696, dated 20.06.2025, to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries in respect of land admeasuring 426.66 square yards in S.No.32/9, Nerellavalasa Village, Nidagattu Gram Panchayat, Bheemunipatnam Mandal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent has not acted upon the F-Line application. 3. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, instructions, would submit that a survey was conducted on 09.07.2025, and the petitioner attended the said survey. He would also submit that an endorsement was issued to the petitioner stating that, since there is no subdivision of the property, it is not possible to conduct a survey. on Since the learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the conducting of the survey, this Court directed the learned Assistant Government Pleader fo^ Revenue to produce the original record concerning the conducting of the survey on 09.07.2025. Accordingly, today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced the original record. A perusal of the record would disclose that the officials visited the land on 09.07.2025 and issued the endorsement, and the petitioner was present and signed. 5. 6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, would further subiViit that since there is no sub-division, the petitioner has to make an mm application seeking sub-division of the property. If such an application is made, the authority will subdivide the property. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, giving liberty to the petitioner to make an application for sub-division of the S.No.32/9, Nerellavalasa Village, Nidagattu Gram Panchayat, Bheemunipatnam Mandal. If such an application is made, the authority shall consider and pass appropriate orders for subdivision of the property, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
