The petitioner seeks quashing of the impugned order bearing JKFDC Order No. 58 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025, issued by respondent No. 3, whereby the petitioner, who was posted in the Vigilance & Security Circle, J&K FDCL, Jammu, has been transferred and posted to FDCL, Workshop Division, Jammu. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, submits that the petitioner will move a representation to the respondents for consideration of his grievance and prays that the respondents be directed to consider and decide the same within a stipulated timeframe. 03. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of at this stage itself with a direction to the petitioner to move a representation to the respondents within a period of one week. If such a representation is moved, the respondents shall consider and decide the same within a period of two weeks thereafter. 04. Disposed of accordingly.
