The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 4.12.2024 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No.15247 of 2024. It is pleaded that after the order passed by this Court, the opposite parties have violated the status quo on the plot and have forcibly taken possession of the suit property. The issue raised in the present application relate to disputed questions of fact regarding possession which cannot be decided on the basis of affidavit evidence.
