Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made application for grant of compassionate appointment in place of her deceased husband, which has not been considered and decided by the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Nagri, District – Dhamtari/ respondent No.6 till date.
3. Learned counsel for respondent No.6/Jila Panchayat, Nagri, District - Dhamtari would submit that the decision on the application of the petitioner would be taken expeditiously.
4. Be that as it may, the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Nagri, District- Dhamtari/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner on its own merit strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within 45 days from the date of receipt of this order. Further, the petitioner is also at liberty to file additional representation along with relevant documents within three weeks from today before the respondent No.6/competent authority for redressal of her grievance.
5. With the aforesaid directions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
