CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE H.T. NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed by defendant Nos. 6 and 11 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking expeditious disposal of the suit as well as the application IA No.10/2024 filed by the petitioners under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners restrict their prayer only to dispose of IA No.10/2024 filed by the petitioners/defendant Nos.6 and 11, expeditiously.

3. In view of the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, service of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
4. The plaintiffs filed a suit for declaration. After service of summons, the petitioners filed IA No.10/2024 under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC on 18.12.2024. Till today, the said application is not disposed of. Hence, they sought for early disposal of the application.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the trial court is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands
disposed of.
