The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Panki P.S. Case No. 68 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1084 of 2020, for the offences registered under Sections 435, 427/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, cognizance has been taken under Sections 385, 387, 435, 427/34 of the I.P.C., Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. In the night of 15.05.2020, the extremists belonging to TPC set ablaze the JCB Machine of the construction company in order to enforce the demand of Rangdari. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with Panki P.S.
