implead petition being MC(WP(C))No. 479 of 2025 as well as pending case/s in this Court (if any) on this subject in which the appellant is a party. To be noted, this WP(C)No.61 of 2025 along with MC(WP(C))No.479 of 2025 is now pending in this Court and a Hon’ble Single Bench is seized of the matter. Suffice to write that in WP(C)No.61 of 2025, Revised Guidelines For Grant-In-Aid For Organizing State Level Gaan-Ngai Celebration dated 07.01.2025 published in the Government Gazette on 22.01.2025 making modifications to Guidelines dated 12.10.2021 published in the Government Gazette on 22.10.2021 has been assailed with further prayers inter-alia seeking compliance qua 12.10.2021 Guidelines. It is not necessary to delve more into these details as a Hon’ble Single Bench is seized of the matter. [3]
The endorsement made by the learned counsel on record for the sole appellant in the case file is as follows:

Request of the learned counsel on record for sole appellant is acceded to.
[5]
Ergo, the sequitur is, captioned writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights and contentions of appellant qua WP(C)No.61 of 2025, MC(WP(C))No. 479 of 2025 thereat and pending case/s in this Court (if any) on this subject in which the appellant is a party. Though obvious, we make it clear that Hon’ble Single Bench will now consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law untrammeled by instant withdrawal. [6]
There shall be no order as to costs. JUDGE
