Singh, DyAG Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER 03.03.2025 1. Status report has been filed wherein it is stated that during the investigation, the Investigating Officer visited the spot and prepared the seizure memo in respect of iron rod (Sariya) and record the statements of the complainant and other witnesses. The medical examination of the injured persons namely, Rattan Lal and Bodh Raj was also conducted and thereafter, both were referred to GMC for further treatment. 2. None was present on behalf of the petitioners on the previous date of hearing. Same is the position today also. It seems that petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the present petition. 3. Hence, the same is dismissed for non prosecution. (RAJNESH OSWAL) JUDGE Jammu: 03.03.2025 Suraj 94 Rakesh Kumar 2025.03.05 10:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
