Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is pressing only relief No. 2, which is for a direction to the respondent-Authority to allot 10% developed land to the petitioners in lieu of having acquired their land comprising of Khata No. 68, Khasra No. 791, area 0.2110 hectare, village Gulistanpur, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautambudh Nagar and to consider the representation made in this regard before respondent No. 3. 2. Ms. Ishita Sand holding brief of Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent, Development Authority, very fairly states that the claim of the petitioners, as contained in the said representation, would be decided. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merit, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make fresh representation claiming developed land in lieu of the land allegedly acquired by the respondent-Authority along with true attested copy of the instant order within two weeks from today and in which event, the same shall be decided by a speaking order within next eight weeks.
